Sleep 10pm-1am, wake 9-11am. Reasonable schedules. Everyone's flexible.
Few people over a month. Love hanging in common spaces but respect quiet time. No parties.
Dishes done daily in the dishwasher. Keeps the kitchen feeling fresh and inviting for everyone.
Each of us does one chore per week, cycling through the month:

Clean but not obsessive. Personal space = your mess. Common areas = shared care.
